✅ After the purchase you automatically receive to your mail:
💫 Data in the format “login - password” from the Launcher, which is specified in the name of the product. It can be Steam, Ubisoft, EA App (Origin), Epic Games and so on.
💫 Accounts may have Guard (one-time login password). I commit to issuing it within 24 hours, during the business hours listed below. Click remember device so you will not need the code again.
💫 You go to the desired launcher and download the game online, then make the first run online if the game has Denuvo protection (check online or on Steam page). After that, exit, switch to offline mode in your launcher and launch the game already in offline mode.
💫 If in Steam you don´t have a download or play button, but instead it´s lit up connect or stream - click on the arrow on the right and select your pc.
💫 In EA App and Ubisoft launchers, you can´t download in parallel. If you get thrown out or taken offline, it means someone else is downloading. You can wait or log back in and download in installments.
💫 One purchase per device. This product cannot be distributed, sold, activated on multiple devices. If you want to do that, you need to buy the item multiple times.
💫 The item may be suitable for cloud gamification (Playkey, Geforce NOW, etc) but not recommended for that. In case of any issues due to cloud gamification, no refunds are possible.
💫 Different gaming clients can sometimes reset your password over time. Write in chat if a new one is needed.
💫 Almost all accounts have a family pin code. It is not given out under any circumstances, access only to the purchased game from the library. If you don´t have access to the workshop - then you can´t use it. You can put mods with the help of third-party files.

❌ The goods are NOT returnable in any case, except:
1) Incorrect data (you must confirm this with a video copying the last data given) and no replacement for 24 hours.
2) Steam Guard code has not been issued within 24 hours of your last request.
❌ All other cases: the game did not start, did not pull, lags, did not like it, changed my mind, bought by mistake, waited a week for activation, crashes when downloading, did not issue pin-code and so on - are not reasons for return. By purchasing the product, you agree to these rules.

🔒 Denuvo protection. Some games have this protection, check on Steam or online for availability. They have a limit of 5 activations per 24 hours. If at launch you see the error: “Sorry, something went wrong...” then this is the activation limit. Try launching about every hour or more often and you should be able to get in. You may wait up to 24 hours or more. After activation: don´t update PC/Windows components/drivers/game so it doesn´t crash. Also disable auto-updates in Steam settings.

✅ The product is guaranteed for 1 month (30 days) from the first activation of the game, if it has Denuvo, and from the date of purchase, if not. Activation is considered successful if the buyer does not indicate this problem during the day of purchase.

⏰ Working hours: 15:00 - 03:00 Moscow time (GMT +3) with possible breaks during the day. During these hours you can ask questions, get a Guard code, etc.
