โAfter successful delivery to the specified RID order cant be refunded, so make sure you check that you provided correct RID.
โIn case of unsuccessful delivery, goods can be sent to another RID (contact us in order chat). If order can´t be delivered - it will be refunded to digiseller (marketplace platform provider) balance (If the refund is due to your fault - with a loss up to 20%, if due to our fault - no loss).
