This bro is simply the best! At first, we quickly subscribed to my account, and the app showed that everything was paid. But a few days later, Cluely itself encountered an error, which tech support reported and refunded my money without my consent (to this wonderful guy, whose bank card I have no connection to or access). At the time of writing this review, tech support hasn´t helped at all, and the seller has set up a normal account and given me access. Even though it wasn´t his fault and he could have simply refused to help, he was accommodating and helped resolve the issue. I recommend him to everyone; he´s reliable and willing to help if there are any service issues.
Этот бро просто лучший! Сначала мы быстро оформили подписку на мой аккаунт, в приложении отображалась информация что всё оплачено. Но через несколько дней в самом Cluely произошла ошибка, о которой мне сообщила техническая поддержка и без моего согласия вернула деньги (этому замечательному парню, к банковской карте которого я не имею отношения и доступа). На момент написания отзыва техническая поддержка никак не помогла в этой ситуации, а продавец оформил нормальный аккаунт и дал мне доступ. Несмотря на то, что его вины в этой ситуации нет и он мог просто отказаться помогать, пошёл навстречу и помог решить проблему. Всем рекомендую, продавец надёжный и в случае неполадок сервиса готов помочь.
