Important!!! a very common problem with RF accounts, new games and some old ones do not work on them, this can be solved by changing the account region, ideally to the region of the game you are trying to activate.
The brackets should be ARGENTINA/TURKEY/INDIA/BRAZIL, not (Russia) https://account.microsoft.com/profile.
