I purchased the ElevenLabs Creator Plan from this seller on the 4th. On the 5th, I found that the account was already expired and the credits were gone.
I contacted the seller on the 5th. They replied on the 6th saying, “please wait for replacement.” Today is the 15th, and I still have not received any replacement or proper solution.
This is very unprofessional. Selling shared or expired accounts as a paid Creator plan is not acceptable. I paid for a working product, not excuses and delays.
Very disappointing experience. Buyers should be careful before purchasing from this seller.

Сразу выдали доступ, но он не заработал. Оперативно заменили. Пообещали в случае траты кредитов заменить еще раз. Аккаунт общий.

Был конфликт, продавец сначала выдал просроченный аккаунт и не выходил на связь. Спустя 4 дня написал негативный отзыв, после этого продавец вышел на связь и выдал новый аккаунт. Всё работает.
