Instructions for installing the game on Xbox consoles:
1) Go to the profile selection and select: Add new user. Provide received data: e-mail and password for the account.
2) During login, you will be asked to request security code. Choose one of the e-mails from the list and request code. Afterwards write to the seller in the correspondence section. Seller will provide you with the code to login.
3) On Xbox when setting-up account in security parameters choose “No barriers”.
4) On Xbox go to My games & app section and select to download bought game.
5) Start installing the game.
6) Additionally, after buying an account, you will receive detailed video instructions how to launch game.

1)A permanent internet connection is required to log in to the account.
2)It is strictly forbidden to make account as your home console.
3)It is strictly forbidden to change the data in the account and transfer it to third parties.
4) Account is sellers’ property, the transfer of data to anyone is prohibited.

Категорически не рекомендую покупать у этого продавца! Купленная игра не работает в многопользовательском режиме. Несмотря на то, что я на протяжении нескольких дней следовал всем инструкциям продавца (включая настройки DNS, Wi-Fi и прочее) и даже предоставил видео-доказательства, он отказывается возвращать деньги.
Поддержка отсутствует, вместо помощи — постоянные отговорки и повторяющиеся вопросы. Очевидная тактика затягивания времени, а не решение проблемы.
Я уже обратился в Robokassa и Plati.market с жалобой.
Если вы цените честность и уважение к покупателю — обходите этого продавца стороной!

I’m very disappointed with this purchase and the way the seller has handled the situation. The game Roadcraft crashes every few seconds, making it completely unplayable. I reached out to the seller for help and followed every single step he recommended. I even went the extra mile: I recorded videos showing the issue, added Russian subtitles, edited them, and sent them over so the problem would be easy to understand.
In the past, I had only positive experiences with this seller. He was always helpful and polite. That’s why this time I’m so frustrated — because I feel like I’m being ignored or strung along just to avoid issuing a refund. No matter what I suggest, I keep getting the same repeated questions, and the topic of a refund is completely avoided.
I really expected more, especially given our good history. But now I feel let down and stuck with a broken product. This is not how customers should be treated.
