✅ After the goods have been issued:
No refunds will be given in case of mistaken purchase or providing incorrect information on the part of the buyer.
❌ Prior to issuance of goods:
In case of canceled order or erroneous purchase, refunds are possible, but a 20% commission is paid by the buyer.
🛡 If the problem is our fault - we will refund 100% of the paid amount.
You can always count on honest and fast processing of your request.
