Все гуд, не сразу понял как активировать, прочитал что надо ставить регион сша в виндовс и впн сша, все делал писало ошибку, потом попробывал выключить обход и о чудо все получилось

покупать можно, но если вы из РФ надо будет мучаться с сменой региона через винду 3-4 раза на сша и рф пока не заработает.
