The order of the game: the game passes in 10 moves of 4 months each, alternating the opposing sides. The United States, which plays the latter, has a small strategic advantage. Each of them brings victory points (VP), not always the same for each side in a particular sea, which reflects the different strategic importance of various seas for the corresponding sides. At the end of the course, after calculating the glasses, the leading side receives the remainder and classifies it to its common account. The winner of the game is the party with a positive VP balance at the end of the game scenario. FAZ of the game: all of them are the same for each move, with the exception of cases when it is prescribed by special circumstances (for example, the phase of a sudden attack in December 1941 in FC Pacific).
