Здравствуйте. Вы купили 2 кода. Если вы перед покупкой активировали код на такую же награду, то естественно и эти у вас не получается активировать. И ошибка у вас как на втором скриншоте отправленном вам, что как бы намекает, что код не использованный, а просто награда за него у вас уже получена. В описании товара всё подробно написано.

Those are codes from a discord quest, only one code will work per account and if you have already completed it, those codes are useless
