According to Google Play rules:

❌ If you are not in Turkey, we do not guarantee successful activation of the voucher.
🚫 You will not be able to activate the top-up card if you try to change the region of your account through the blocking bypass tool. Using special software (proxy, etc.) or fake information will probably not help you, Google will easily determine your exact location.
❌ We do not provide support for account registration or voucher activation.
🔄 Refund for the product is not possible, as our supplier will not be able to accept a gift card. This is due to the fact that the card may have already been activated or damaged. We won´t be able to sell it to another person. If you have not yet activated the gift card and want to return the money, you can sell the voucher yourself through Avito or in chats.
