1. A macro for automatically entering dates, which allows you to easily update the content plan without having to manually enter data. (per month)
2. A section for headings (A1-N1 and A2-N2) for two content queues that will help structure content by topics and categories.
3. Designed for four posts per day: the layout provides cells for planning posts with an indication of the exact publication time for each of them.
4. The description at the bottom of the layout includes standard instructions for use and a description of the publication time.
This content plan is ideal for freelancers who work with multiple clients or projects and need a clear structure for organizing publications. And also for administrators and owners of pages and channels who create their own CP.
Note: The product includes only the Excel file with the content plan template.
How to work with the template:
Fill in the section for categories (A1-N1 and A2-N2) in the colored cells at the top of the template.
Assign a description to each category (right-click on a cell - add a note).
Distribute the categories across the days of the week based on the dates and the number of posts per day (1-4 posts).
Change the description of each cell where posts are supposed to be placed – insert the specific title of the post corresponding to the category.
Automatic date update: In cell A3, enter the start date for the content plan (this cell assumes any Monday of the year) in the format - 24.02.2025, then click the button to the right of the cells "Button for auto-formatting dates" – the dates and weekdays will automatically populate for the next month. BE SURE to check that the dates and weekdays match (the macro may sometimes work incorrectly).
