"In the not too distant future, one Artificial Intelligence has enslaved the rest of the AI and governments around the world. Society moved into a single permanent integrated reality, in which it continued to exist in conditions tailored to the needs of each person, generated using a global neural network through an in-depth analysis of personal preferences.
Nathan, an offline rebel who still does not want to accept the new rules, earns his living by illegally selling modified components and hacked software. With the help of a homemade headset, he can freely leave the DVR and see the real world around him.
He lives with his girlfriend Jay, a talented graffiti writer whose drones spray bits of technicolor all over the virtual surfaces of the city. One day, he wakes up and sees that Jay has disappeared, leaving a mysterious message on the bathroom mirror. Nathan accidentally breaks his headset and, disconnected from the network, decides to find out what happened to his girlfriend. Suddenly, he embarks on an unexpected adventure, in which he cannot do without the hacker group Jay and the guild of DWP technomancers.
Traveling around the globe, he will visit the cemetery of computer technology and engage in digital archaeology.,
