We follow the story of Josephine Leys, a young hydraulic engineer who aspires to climb the career ladder and claim a place at the top. Until the day when this promising future is torn away from her, leaving her half-dead and homeless, she is obsessed with destroying the system that ruined her and left her without a heart. Along the way, she meets a motley group of people sympathetic to her cause, each with their own secrets. With their help, perhaps, she will find redemption, love, and most importantly — revenge.
