Even if you pay to activate your existing account, they’ll delete your profile and create a new one using your email and password.

UPDATE:
The seller got in touch and fixed the issue — everything’s good now.
Bottom line:
I really like how they handle problems, but I don’t like that those problems are caused by them in the first place.
Overall, it was a good experience.
