In the game Twice Reborn, teacher´s assistant Mark Delaware becomes a newly converted vampire in a community forced to hide in plain sight. His mentor, Michelson, makes Mark an enforcer: a fearsome judge who, following the Code, resolves differences between warring vampire clans.
When the main vampires of the community die as a result of deliberate arson, Mark must make a choice: either follow the call of his blood, or find a way to somehow become human again. Interacting with humans and vampires is a delicate balance. Not everyone appreciates Mark´s decisions, and not all relationships last long. Some want him dead, while others want to use him for their own purposes. Mark´s reactions when interacting with a dangerous community change both their reactions and the storylines/endings of the story.
