According to Steam rules, this item can only be gifted to those who have been on the friends list for at least 30 days.
Once you pay for the product, no refunds are possible if you encounter the payment.
(This was done as a result of spontaneous returns, because the transfer of loans takes 30 days)

2) If the product is in stock and the price is correct, then pay for this product.

4) After 30 days, I send you either a set or a set in parts.
