Sydney Hunter and the Curse of the Mayan is a love letter to 8-bit adventure games with a challenging platformer. You play as Sidney Hunter, the greatest adventurer who by a lucky chance manages to get trapped inside a massive Mayan pyramid. He soon discovers that the "Feathered Serpent" Kukulkan has broken the sacred calendar of Haab into seven separate parts and hidden them inside the same pyramid!
If the Haab calendar is not found and put back together, widespread chaos and time freeze are sure to follow. With the support of the local Maya population, Sydney Hunter must now find all seven parts of the Haaba calendar, defeat Kukulkan, and restore peace and balance to the Maya civilization.
