Upgrade and create your own list of mecha characters available from over 80 unique parts, each with its own strengths, weaknesses, and playstyles. From flamethrowers to mega rocket pods, from fighter drones to ray guns, choosing the right mech design and using their weapons is the key to saving resources and defeating The Swarm.
Mech Armada offers deep grid-based turn-based combat where there are no perfect solutions to the challenges you face. Understanding the enemy and anticipating his actions, knowing the limitations of your mecha characters, making rational use of resources, and observing the terrain in front of you will determine your success. At the end of each zone, you will have to fight the main bosses of The Swarm: they are massive, ugly and ridiculously complex. Can you handle the task?
No two tasks are the same in Mech Armada. Procedurally generated levels are set against a diverse post-apocalyptic environment, with each element in the game randomly combining and balancing to create a unique, challenging experience. As in all rogue-like games, death in Mech Armada means the end of the game. You will have to try again with a brand new launch, with new mecha characters and all new encounters.
