HIVE is a futuristic multiplayer heroic shooter with crazy 2.5D side-scrolling gameplay. Up to 10 players can simultaneously fight in Hexadiums, hexagonal battle arenas located throughout the planet HIVE. Hexadiums are stages divided into 6 zones, each with its own gravity, different platforms, shelters, and open spaces that turn them into a frenzied battlefield. In HIVE, we play as the best fighters of the different factions that exist in the game: military Earthlings (UFG), modified Altenum Earthlings (NHC), robots (EVO) and evolved aliens (YILL). These heroes, called hexadirs, must conquer the hexagonal Colosseum in order to obtain the Altenum, a vital source of energy for interdimensional travel in the 26th century.
1-4 Online game: 2-10 people. A PlayStationPlus subscription is required to access online multiplayer in the full version of the game.
