После долгих споров с продавцом мы так и не договорились! Плюс после указанных манипуляции с установкой сторонних приложений на телевизор, продавец взал и отключил доступ на аккаунт....
Т.н к концу концов проблему удалось решить после обращения к администрации ещё одного раунда переговоров с продавцом удалось договориться. Исходя из всего вышесказанного было принято решение о присвоении оценки хорошо.
Надеюсь что более проблем с данной покупкой не будет. А продавцу по советуют быть более учтивым и менее категоричными к претензиям клиентов.
