Utopia is the first major expansion for Stellaris, the well-received grand strategy game from Paradox Development Studio. As its name suggests, Utopia gives you new tools to grow your galactic empire and ensure the prosperity of your people (or “bird lizards” or “talking mushrooms”). Expand your species’ reach with faster exploration bonuses, or stay close to your home system and be prepared to repel any intruders.

Utopia brings a host of changes to the core Stellaris game, including:
Megastructures:
Build amazing structures including Dyson Spheres and Ringworlds that enhance your race’s prestige and provide huge advantages.
Habitable Stations:
Build habitable space stations that act as standalone planets within your populous empires, providing a home for new populations.
Aspiration Bonuses:
Gain Unity and adopt Traditions to earn Ascension Bonuses that allow you to grow your empire in unique ways. Follow one of three paths and develop your race along the Biological, Psionic, or Syncretic path.
Indoctrination:
Influence primitive civilizations to adopt your ethics using Observation Stations and groom them to become Enlightened or to join your empire.
Expanded Slavery:
Make the most of slavery by choosing specific roles for your enslaved species. Make them servants of the dominant race, force them to fight for your empire as slaves, or keep them as livestock to feed your people.
Expanded Government:
Adopt unique civics and powers for your government. Play the role of a Purist who rejects diplomacy, become a Hive Mind to avoid political infighting, or create a diverse empire by following the Syncretic Evolution path./attention/delivery
