По правилам площадки, ставлю отрицательную оценку данную товару по следующим причинам:
1) В игре отсутствует возможность сохранить прогресс игры. То есть после каждой игровой сессии приходится начинать сначала. Продавец отреагировал: "как происходят сохранения в игре нам не известно". То есть помочь решить проблему, он отказался.
2) Подобных проблем с другими играми Steam у меня нет. Т.е. в таких играх, как Fm24, CIV VI, Mount&Blade прогресс сохраняется, здесь нет.
3) Предоставленные решения в интернете не "лечат" данную проблему.
4) Все инструкции продавца были соблюдены, системные требования игры соответствуют характеристикам ПК.
Исходя из всего вышеперечисленного, прошу продавца отреагировать на данную проблему и осуществить возврат. Игру уже удалил с ПК.

Скачиваю игру второй раз, так как пришлось переустановить windows. Продавцу отдельная благодарность. Очень оперативно помог мне справиться с проблемой входа в аккаунт( че то подзатупил я малеха тут))) ). В общем продавцу 10/10. Большое вам спасибо!
