С недваних пор belo обновили политику выпуска банковских карт. Раньше ее выпускали при регистрации.
Вот выдержка из правил:

— депозиты ACH (US automated clearing house)

Ни один из этих способов недоступен нерезидентам соответствующих стран.
Объявление более неактуально, так как после покупки карты нет.

Я быстро получил от продавца доступ к приложению (логин и пароль) и пин-код. Сначала нужно зайти в электронную почту, которую отправит продавец, затем в приложение belo.app. После этого можно пополнять карту аргентинскими песо. Я использовал Binance: сначала покупал USDC, а затем продавал их через P2P за ARS, указав при этом CVU и имя владельца карты (указано в приложении belo). Как только деньги поступят на карту, вы сможете открыть виртуальную карту и получить все её данные. Продавца могу смело рекомендовать. Однако, если вы не готовы к сложностям с криптовалютой, лучше не использовать эту карту.
