To top up your account in Crimea, the LPR and the DPR, you should follow several steps.
30 minutes before the payment is made, you must close the Steam client on your computer and turn off the mobile Internet on your smartphone, or switch it to airplane mode.
After making the payment and receiving confirmation of a successful transaction on the site, you can turn on Steam again.
You can also track the process via email, as Steam sends an email about the replenishment of the account.
It is important to note that Steam blocks the sending of payments from the Crimea, the LPR and the DPR during an active session, therefore, it will not be possible to replenish the account without switching to offline mode.
If you have a new account that has never been topped up before, Steam may change your region and currency. Top up with the minimum amount and it is advisable to add some games to your account. We do not take responsibility in case of a region change by Steam.
In case of successful payment to an incorrectly specified login - no refund is provided, it is impossible to cancel the top-up.
