## Trustpilot Reviews — Service Terms
### How the process works
**Step 1.**
You place an order and send your review text(s).
**Step 2.**
Within 12–24 hours, the reviews are submitted for moderation through reviewer accounts.
**Step 3.**
After 36 hours, you should check whether the reviews have been published on Trustpilot.
If the reviews do not appear, you may send new texts, and we will resubmit them within the next 24 hours using new accounts.
The process may be repeated until the reviews are successfully published.
### Important information
* Approval depends on Trustpilot’s internal moderation systems and manual review process.
* We cannot control the approval rate or guarantee how quickly moderation decisions are made.
* Our guarantee covers the publication process itself, provided that new texts are supplied for resubmissions when necessary.
* Once reviews are successfully published, the order is considered completed. If Trustpilot later removes reviews due to additional checks or manual moderation, replacements or compensation are not provided.
### Refund policy
If you decide to cancel the service after work has started, a partial refund may be issued.
In such cases, 50% of the order amount is retained to cover operational costs and completed work. Payment system fees are non-refundable and are paid by the customer separately.

The placement start time is **3 to 12 hours**. Reviews are posted by **real users using unique devices** (computers, mobile phones, tablets, and others).
Random reviews are written in the **language commonly used in the region where your company operates**. For companies registered in the **United Kingdom or the United States**, reviews are written in **English**. For **French companies**, reviews are written in **French or English** (depending on the platform). For **Russian companies**, reviews are written in **Russian**. For **Ukrainian companies**, reviews are written in **Ukrainian or Russian** (we try to use Ukrainian whenever possible), and so on.
We limit posting to **no more than 1–2 reviews per day on a single platform for one company/project**. Otherwise, reviews may be rejected and the company may be subject to verification by the platform administration.
Thanks to the use of **real users**, the percentage of rejected reviews is minimal. However, we **cannot guarantee that a review will pass moderation**, as some platforms strictly moderate reviews while others do not moderate them at all.
Therefore, we recommend ordering **several reviews at once** to increase the chances of passing moderation (this depends on the platform).
We keep a **history of review placements** and can provide it if necessary — you can order a report through a separate service. Our task is to **provide the review**, but we cannot guarantee its acceptance by platform moderation.
**REPORTS ON POSTED REVIEWS ARE A PAID SERVICE.**
You can order a report in the **last category in the list**.
Although the probability of rejection is minimal, we inform you about all aspects of our work in advance to **avoid misunderstandings during cooperation**.

**Attention!** After payment, you will receive a **unique payment confirmation code**. To complete the transaction, follow these steps:
1. On the purchase page, **copy the received unique code to the clipboard**.
