Сначала продавец выдал заблокированый аккаунт (заблокирован за нарушение Microsoft Terms of Use).
После недолгих разбирательств продавец выдал другой аккаунт. Я добавил туда свою почту, не удалив старую и не поменяв пароль (отложил на потом). На следующий день кто-то входит в этот аккаунт и меняет все данные, оставив меня без доступа к аккаунту.
После этого мне пришлось долго разговаривать с продавцом и даже привлекать администрацию. Но в конечном итоге продавец мне выдал третий аккаунт, который пока работает.
Оперативно меняйте все данные сразу после получения доступа к аккаунту во избежание таких ситуаций.

Сначала выдали аккаунт без лицензии, но позже продавец дал другой, он оказался рабочим. Развод акк или нет - время покажет, а так пока все нормально
