The loads move with an acceleration of a = 0.3 g, directed downwards for the right load. Then the block with the loads was suspended using a dynamometer from the ceiling of the elevator, moving with an acceleration al = 0.1 g, directed upward. Find the dynamometer reading Fd. Neglect the mass of the block and thread, as well as the friction in the axis of the block.
