At the ends of a thread thrown through a block suspended from the ceiling, two weights with a total mass m1 + m2 = 30 kg are attached. The loads move with an acceleration of a = 0.3 g, directed downwards for the right load. Find the masses of both loads. Neglect the mass of the block and thread, as well as the friction in the axis of the block.
