A flat-plate air capacitor, the plates of which are two identical disks, is charged to a high potential difference and then disconnected from the voltage source. A breakdown occurs in the center of the capacitor - an electric spark jumps along the axis and, as a result, the capacitor is discharged. Assuming the discharge to be quasi-stationary and neglecting edge effects, determine the total flow of electromagnetic energy flowing out from the space between the plates during the discharge.
