A cylinder with mass M=3 kg and radius R=5 cm is installed on a horizontal table surface. The cylinder has a pulley of radius r < R. A thread is wound around the pulley, and at the second end of the thread there is a load with a mass of m = 0.1 kg. The thread is thrown over the block and located horizontally (Fig. 2.26). Determine the acceleration a of the translational motion of the cylinder. Investigate the dependence of the friction force Ftr on the radius r of the pulley. The rolling friction forces of the cylinder and on the axis of the block should be considered negligible, the moment of inertia of the block is significantly less than the moment of inertia of the cylinder.
