Ни один из аккаунтов не работает, отправляют по тысячу раз новые ссылки. Говорят, что много пользователей в данный момент. Возврат не оформляют. Советую приобрести подарочную карту, точно работает и нет «перегруза» в самом приложении, когда из одного аккаунта сидят кучу людей, что лимит заканчивается. Продавец нелояльный совсем. Я написала о проблеме → продавец дал кучу аккаунтов (я потратила час на удаление, переустановку, проверку каждого — всё безрезультатно).
После этого я сразу чётко попросила возврат, а не новый аккаунт.
Продавец игнорировал мою просьбу и снова прислал ссылку на новый аккаунт.
Это не лояльность, это затягивание времени и отказ от возврата. Лояльный продавец услышал бы покупателя с первой просьбы о возврате, а не заставлял его бесконечно тестировать нерабочие аккаунты.
Просто верните деньги за неработающую услугу — и вопрос будет закрыт.
