After four days, my account was blocked.
I contacted the seller for help. He was very responsive and resolved the issue promptly.
Now I can use the account effectively. Unfortunately, some courses are not included, but there are thousands of great options available.

Сделали за одни сутки, точнее за 12 часов. Это приглашение от учебного заведения, которая и дает вам возможность получить Coursera Plus. В будущем дополню отзыв по всем возникшим вопросам если они будут.
Дополняю: возникают проблемы с подпиской, продавец решает, но это требует времени, поэтому стабильно раз в неделю прийдется передавать данные от аккаунта и ждать от 4 до 12 часов
