If you purchased a room before contacting us in the chat about room availability, or if you purchased this service and did not contact us, any refund will be subject to the marketplace´s commission, and I may be at work, so it is best to contact me in the chat first.

The number is only linked to Steam, and you won´t receive SMS from other services.

2️⃣ When paying, choose the country that you have in Steam, as this will determine which number we will send you.
3️⃣ We will send you a phone number and a confirmation code after receiving it.

❗ A SMS with a code will not be sent from another service, as it is only linked to Steam.❗

• Please note that the service is OTP, which means that the number can be used only once.
• Once we have received the confirmation code in our system, the process cannot be canceled or refunded.
• If you place a request for a service/phone number that is unavailable without first contacting us via chat, it can only be exchanged for another service, not a refund.
• The average delivery time is 3-10 minutes, and it may take several attempts with different numbers to receive the code. This is normal.
• We will have two attempts to link the number to Steam. If we don´t link the number within these two attempts, Steam will block the link for 24 hours. In this case, we wait 24 hours and try again, but usually the number is linked on the first or second attempt.

If you linked the number before purchasing and used all two attempts, the link will be blocked for 24 hours. We will be able to link the number only after this period has elapsed.

After we link the number, Steam Guard can only be connected to an email address, as it may later request a code from an SMS.
