Exercise 1
The geological expedition invited three workers from among the local residents for the field period. In the fall, at the end of the field work, the workers demanded compensation for unused vacation and overtime work. The head of the expedition refused the workers, because there was no employment relationship between the workers, each of them and the expedition, since the employment contract was not concluded, the order for employment was not issued, and they worked under a contract, and this work is not granted leave or compensation and no overtime pay. Should workers´ demands be met? What legal relationship arose between the expedition and each of the workers?

The individual entrepreneur Volkov entered into agreements: with Borodin on the performance of his duties as a security guard for members of the Volkov family, and with Rogatin on the performance of the duties of a watchman. What legal relationship did Borodin and Rogatin enter into with the individual entrepreneur Volkov?
