✔️ The service is carried out during the store’s working hours. Delivery time — from 5 to 240 minutes depending on the queue, but no more than 24 hours.
⏱️ WORKING HOURS: 10:00 to 22:00 MSK.
💡Support responds only during working hours.
💡Spotify Premium subscriptions are NOT cumulative. If you buy multiple times for 1, 3, 6, 12 months, you cannot activate them all on one account.
💡Your account must not have an active Spotify Premium subscription.
💡For DUO and Family plans, the client must add the additional account by themselves. The added account must have the same region as the main one. You can check the account region in the account settings.
💡Refunds: If the product has not been delivered and the client cancels or does not meet the description/options, a partial refund is issued (25% is withheld). In all other cases, NO REFUNDS.
💡The seller is not responsible for changes in Spotify’s user agreement. In case of violations, Spotify may restrict access or cancel the subscription. The seller is also not responsible for blocking or canceling the account, as it is impossible to track the correctness of the client´s actions.

💡We are not responsible for:
Cancellation of the subscription by Spotify;
Account blocking;
Any other access issues.
Compensation for the subscription cost is not provided.
