275. When analyzing a semiconductor alloy containing cadmium and tin, a sample of 4.8 mg was dissolved in acid and, after appropriate treatment, the volume of the solution was brought to 10 ml with water. We diluted 1 ml of the test solution with the background to 25 ml, and during polarography we obtained the following wave heights of the components: tin - 7 mm, cadmium - 17 mm.
Polarography of standard solutions diluted with background up to 25 ml yielded the following wave heights:
V, ml C 10–4, g/ml h, mm
Sn 0.3 1.011 33
CD 0.3 1.011 33
Determine the content of components in the semiconductor alloy (in %).
