Обманывает, отказывается делать возврат. Предоставляет ключ от другого региона (UK) и требует доплаты 1100 рублей, чтобы всё исправить.

Все ок. Правда это не вот ключи, которые впн врубил, инфу о карте указал и активировал, а пообщаться с продавцом и повозиться пришлось.
