Title: The development of the project for the implementation of a corporate project management system in JSC «Company». The paper is intended to examine the issues of improving the project practice in the company by systematizing it.
The structure of this paper contains 3 parts where modern project management methodologies are being analyzed (the waterfall and the flexible ones). In addition to this, the paper outlines the data on the current project practice as well as the maturity level of project management according to H. Kerzner (PMMM model). There is also an overview of the steps essential for the implementation of a corporate project management system which are considered to be as follows: the development of a corporate methodology for project management, identifying the structure of project management, the selection of a project management data system.
The work is regarded as a practical guide for the implementation of a corporate project management system in the company. The target group is the managers in JSC «Company».
