The lipid content in flax seeds (moisture content 7.5%) was determined by the Soxhlet method. Macca of a sachet with an air dry sample before extraction was 4.9644 g, after extraction - 3.5882 g. Macca of a sachet without seeds was 0.8315 g. Calculate the percentage of lipids in absolutely dry material.
