13. A mixture of alanine (I) and phenylalanine (II) was separated in a thin layer of sorbent, obtaining the following results: the distance from the start line to the center of spots (I) and (II) is 45 mm and 70 mm, respectively; diameter of spots (I) and (II) - 9 mm and 12 mm. The distance from the start line to the finish line is 100 mm. Calculate the mobility coefficient for alanine and the degree (criterion) of separation R (phenylalanine/alanine).
