Обмен произошёл быстро и без проблем -- это плюс.
Но курс очень недружелюбный и осознал я это только после обмена. Причём ладно сумма после конвертации отличалась в меньшую сторону, тут никто не виноват.
После просьбы магазина добавляю, что моя претензия не в том, что услуга не предоставлена или предоставлена некачественно, а в том что комиссия при конвертации вышла выше, чем я ожидал и выше максимально заявленной, но они пообещали поправить описание карточки товара, чтобы не возникало ситуаций, которые могут ввести в заблуждение. Большое уважение если это будет так!
Но остаток я пополнил через другой магазин и понял, что разница в курсе до 50%, мог вместо 12300 тенге получить 19500. Неприятно конечно, но сам виноват
