3. An electrochemical method was used to prepare a solution of sodium hypochlorite NaClO. For electrolysis, a bath with bipolar electrodes was used, consisting of 25 electrolytic cells. The initial solution (with a NaCl mass concentration of 107 g/l) is fed into the upper cell of the cascaded bath and sequentially passes through all its cells. The outgoing solution contains 20 g/l NaClO. The load on the bath is 50 A, the average voltage is 140 V. The current efficiency for NaClO is 60%.
Calculate the required flow rate of the NaCl solution into the bath and the specific power consumption per 1 kg of NaClO (in calculations, consider the volume of the solution unchanged during electrolysis).
