Macros were written taking into account the increased mags, for shooting from a standing position in the first person, under the mouse sensitivity settings in the game for sights: 1x - 50, 2x - 47, 4x - 48, vertical sensitivity multiplier - 1.0.

There is a possibility that for technical reasons ("Input Lag" - affecting the operation of macros), or when changing the FOV, or when modifying weapons, if the sight pulls down during shooting, then reduce the values in the mouse sensitivity settings in the game, if up, then increase.

If the mouse sensitivity settings in the game are too large for you, or too small, then you can change the dpi of your mouse, this will not affect the work of macros.
