You play as Captain Ashley Novak - you are a riftbreaker, an elite scientist/commando inside a powerful mech suit. Pass through a one-way portal to Galatea-37, a remote planet on the outskirts of the Milky Way, to build a base that will allow you to return to Earth and also begin colonization. Nicknamed "Mr. Riggs", Ashley´s mecha suit can withstand the toughest outdoor conditions and is equipped with all the tools to build a base, gather resources, collect samples and, of course, fight. It is adapted to travel through wormholes that connect distant points in space.
CAMPAIGN
Embark on an epic adventure through the biomes of Galatea 37. Build bases in different corners of the planet and extract resources. Study alien matter and life forms. Repel the attacks of alien creatures who are clearly not happy that you have invaded their territory. In this hours-long campaign with incredible freedom of action and a randomly generated world, you yourself prioritize and decide which technologies to use. After all, you are the only person on this planet.
SURVIVAL
Your mission is to survive a certain amount of time while fending off increasingly deadly waves of alien creatures. Each mission is randomly generated, which makes this mode incredibly replayable.
SANDBOX
If the tense struggle for survival is not to your liking, try the Sandbox mode, in which you can customize the smallest details of the game, including resources, enemy generation and weather conditions.
