The Vikings left an indelible mark on the history of the Middle Ages, remembered by the sagas of travel, robbery and gods. Crusader Kings III: Northern Lords adds many new features to the main game: Varangian travelers, brutal berserkers, runestones, ritual blot, Viking beards and much more.
• Discoverer Kingdoms: Known for their adventurous nature, Scandinavians can move their kingdoms to conquered lands, giving rise to new kingdoms with the Varangian travel mechanic.
• New style elements: dress the rulers in historical wolf skins and grow them Scandinavian beards. The new background "Honey Hall" will set the right mood for hatching insidious deadly plans and rich festivities.
• Jomsvikings and female warriors: warriors dedicated to the gods and brave female warriors are ready to stand under your banner. But do not write off the storytellers who will help you raise your prestige and strengthen diplomacy with the help of biting verses and romantic ballads.
• New art and music: Four new songs, specially written for this add-on, will serve as the perfect accompaniment to the adventures of the indomitable Vikings. Featuring new 3D models for the game map and tons of illustrations for loading screens, UI and more.
