🔵 PSN Delivery Process:

1️⃣ Provide the login and password for your PSN account.
2️⃣ Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) and provide one backup code. Detailed instructions will be sent after purchase.
3️⃣ Send the unique code received after payment in the order chat.
4️⃣ Add the desired product to your cart or tell the seller which product you would like to purchase (except for top-up code orders).
5️⃣ Wait for your order to be completed.

⏱️ WORKING HOURS: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM (MSK).
Customer support is available during store working hours only.
❗ Order completion time is usually between 5 and 240 minutes depending on the queue, but no longer than 24 hours.
❗ If the order is placed outside working hours, please wait until the store reopens.
❗ A partial refund with a 25% deduction will be issued in the following cases:
• the product has not yet been delivered and the customer cancels the order;
• the order cannot be completed due to PSN-related issues or actions taken by the customer;
• the order was placed outside working hours and the PSN discount ended before the order could be processed.
❗ No refunds will be provided in any other circumstances.
