the seller took very long time to answer, also he asked for my Personal account Data such as login and password, also when i refused he said that its clearly written that i need to provide this info and its not his problem that it was not clearly written its my problem that i bought a product with unclear instruction and i quote from his conversation "it is not our problem. something is written that is not clear to you, you should not purchase the product" and he refuse to take any action until now all what he offered is 75% refund because of his mistake that he did not clearly write that the buyer need to provide the account details such as login and password also the seller blackmail me so to get my refund of 75% i need to remove my feedback first or he wont issue any refund and steal my money
