Torn is a dark sci-fi investigative game created for VR. In the middle of nowhere, video blogger Katherine Patterson discovers an abandoned estate full of strange machines and the results of unknown experiments. This is the home of the famous scientist Dr. Lawrence Talbot, who went missing 64 years ago. Patterson realizes that she has come across a million dollar case, the crown of her entire career. However, upon finding Dr. Talbot, still alive but disembodied and trapped in a bizarre new dimension, Katherine realizes she was wrong. This case promises to be the main event of her life. At first, Torn is a puzzle adventure game in which you have to help Talbot reactivate the mysterious mechanisms that served his estate. But gradually the game evolves into a dark, character-driven storyline as you learn the truth about Talbot and a new dimension he calls "The Parallel". Remember everything you see, because in Talbot´s world, truth is just a product of the mind.
