PS. Для активации, в моём случае, не обязательно было удалять установленный офис. У меня был установлен официальный дистрибутив 2016, но была коробочная локальная лицензия без привязки. Только ключ я потерял, поэтому активировать после переустановки не смог. В итоге при запросе активации я ввёл новый ключ от 2019 офиса и Офис, сказал, что текущее ПО не подходит, его нужно обновить. Обновление происходит в фоне. (При вводе ключа от 2019 офис настоял залогиниться в аккаунт майкрософт для активации)
